About Me
I am a COSCA (Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland) qualified psychotherapist and counsellor.
I primarily work using Systemic Family Therapy along with a Person Centred approach. My work is trauma informed and affirmative.
Our work together will be collaborative and insight oriented, along with skills building towards your goals.
Education:
I have completed my BA (Hons) from Lady Shri Ram, Delhi University, India and MSc Counselling and Psychotherapy from University of Edinburgh, Scotland, UK.
