About Me

I am a COSCA (Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland) qualified psychotherapist and counselling psychologist. 

​

I primarily work using an Internal Family Systems and Systemic Family Therapy lense along with a Person Centred approach. My work is trauma informed and affirmative. 

​

Our work together will be collaborative and insight oriented.

Education:

I have completed my BA (Hons) Psychology from Lady Shri Ram, Delhi University, India and MSc Counselling and Psychotherapy from University of Edinburgh, Scotland, UK.
