The ability to be in the present moment is a major component of mental wellness and stress management. Being mindful of the present is a way to truly ‘wake yourself up’. You can find inner peace and fulfilment by learning to deeply listen to yourself.
Psychotherapy can help you to gain clarity and shift perspective so that you see your life in a different light. It encourages making conscious decisions and choices about your life, rather than reacting to impulses that are no longer serving you.
By facilitating dialogue between the many parts of yourself as we bring them into the room- the hardened, the soft, the self-sufficient, the wounded, the helpless and so on, an integration of these parts is possible.
