About Me

I am a COSCA (Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland) qualified psychotherapist and counselling psychologist. 

I primarily work using Systemic Family Therapy along with a Person Centred approach. My work is trauma informed and affirmative. 

Our work together will be collaborative and insight oriented, along with skills building towards your goals. 

Education:

I have completed my BA (Hons) Psychology from Lady Shri Ram, Delhi University, India and MSc Counselling and Psychotherapy from University of Edinburgh, Scotland, UK.

Continuing Education is as follows:

Albert Ellis Institute, New York, USA - Primary and Advanced Certificate Practicum in Rational Emotive Cognitive Behaviour Therapy 

Family Therapy Theories and Skills with Dr. Maitri Chand, PhD (Clinical Assistant Professor, department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Mercer University School of Medicine, GA, USA) 

Basic Narrative Therapy organized by Children First in collaboration with Dulwich Center Foundation, Australia
